„The room is modern and clean, staff is nice.“

„The property did not fully match the listing, one of the bedrooms shown in the photos does not appear to exist, and the room our children were going to stay in had visible mould on the walls. While the property had been cleaned well, this is clearly a maintenance issue rather than a cleaning one. The hot tub, which was a key reason for booking, was not available on our first night. We were only told after arrival that a pump had been fitted that day and it needed time to heat overnight. This was ...

„Clean room quiet area good condition“

„Another hotel owned by a corporation with zero empathy or understanding for human life. Had to leave early due to a medical issue with my son, front desk told me to contact Expedia (fair as the booking was with them). Expedia contacted hotel reservations who refused to refund or credit the account. Heartless, mass-capitalist companies like this are the problem with the world. Go spend your money at small hotels that actually care about people.“

„Alles bestens“

„Satisfactory“

„One of the best hotels I stayed at for a long time. The staff was simply amazing. Our AirCon broke down and we immediately received a fan and it was fixed the very next day. The in-house restaurant was yummy (food & cocktails) and the hotel was in a great area, right next to Victoria Station and downtown shopping area was just a a few minutes walk away. If we will ever come to Manchester again, we will stay here again.“
