The house
Completely renovated house less than 10 minutes from the center of Brest. Private parking space, wifi/fiber, HD TV equipped with orange TV, Netflix and Disney +. It has 3 bedrooms including a master suite, 2 bathrooms, 1 desk, 2 toilets and can accommodate up to 6 travelers, all on 120 m2. The bedding is new. A fully independent studio can also be rented.

Each room has a desk area and in the main room office there is an ethernet cable and a screen available. On the kitchen side, you will have at your disposal: kettle, toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, freezers, casseroles, plates etc...). The garden, completely secure and private, will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.

On request, it is possible that I put at your disposal an umbrella bed and a high chair. Penfeld Park, a 5-minute walk away, is ideal for a walk or jogging. The accommodation is equipped with a pull bar. In order to better prepare your stay, you will receive on the day of your booking the "welcome guide" grouping the best addresses and activities near the house.
