Room had no AC. Called and they sent someone up who said it was broken they would change our room. Never happened. Mentioned in the morning to the front desk staff who acted shocked and said they would fix it. Never happened. Breakfast lucky optd out of certainly not worth $17US per person. Saving grace is its physical location. Lobby nicest part of the hotel.

Stay was excellent until morning of check out. When packing, I realized a pair of boots were missing from my room. When checking out I was told I had to pay for three items from the mini bar, a mini bar I never touched, and when I told them about the missing boots, she kept saying, “Ok, don’t worry about it! Don’t worry about it” Zero apologies or responsibility. So a very disappointing end to an otherwise great experience, but now I would never recommend this hotel.

Había mucho ruido. Precio vs calidad no son compatibles. La persona que me atendió el room service fue súper grosero me sentí casi que rogando que me llevara una sopa a la habitación cabe resaltar que eran las 7 pm entonces era un horario acorde ( el señor estaba ocupado con algo más importante) por otro lado esta a durmiendo 8:30 am y la señora del minibar paso sin atender. Que le pedí que viniera más tarde y dejo la puerta abierta y empezó a hablar con alguien en la puerta de mi habitación súper de mal gusto. No hay secadores ni plancha debes perdieron y cuando te los llevan no funcionan bien hacen corto me dio susto usarlo. En fin les recomiendo el nh del andino o el Ghl donde queda el restaurante salvaje. Soy gold en Expedia y me dijeron que no les importa el status para el late check out o para la cortesía de bienvenida en fin no es un buen hotel. Otras personas del hotel atendieron cordialmente. Las camas y cobijas y toallas súper viejas.

Lamentamos no haber cumplido con tus expectativas durante tu visita y que nuestro servicio no haya sido del todo tu agrado.Su retro alimentación con el servicio de room service y camareras será transmitido a las áreas en mención para así poder dar manejo a este tipo de situaciones. Con respecto a su categoría VIP en la plataforma de Expedia, las ofertas siempre son basadas a la disponibilidad de la propiedad donde se va a alojar. Desafortunadamente para el día en que nos solicitó su late check out el hotel no contaba con disponibilidad para horas más tardes a la que se oferta originalmente. Sin embargo recuerde que todo cliente es importante para la compañía. Esperamos que estos inconvenientes no sea motivo para no volvernos a visitar. Remember that our hotel is located in a very busy area with luxurious restaurants that have music until late at night so our windows despite being soundproofed, are not exempt to feel a little noise. Regarding the chocolate you mentioned, we handle current and good quality products to avoid inconveniences, we regret that it did not sit well with your husband.
