The Hotel’s staff was very professional and hotel was spotless house cleaners was also very attentive to our needs , you could hear everything from the street at night specially after midnight, but in general , service and price was very good..!

Let me start by saying BAD ADVERTISING. First, one of the reasons I chose this property for my family for 11 days and traveling with my 4-month-old baby was for the “laundry facility” they promote, which they do not have, if you have kids you know how important it is. Second, wifi TERRIBLE if you plan to telework or even just use your phone to navigate you are going to have a headache. Third, kitchen wow the kitchen just imagine someone telling you that you do not know how to turn on a kitchen what a disrespect. Yes let me make it more clear the KITCHEN DOES NOT WORK, even if they tell you it will heat up in about an hour. What an insane experience I had to live with my family for 11 days. Fourth, the noise is wild, you will hear everything and anything mostly weekends there is a Chiba (Party Bus) that starts and endless in front of the property, just imagine the noise you will hear at 1 AM. OH and lastly, Expedia did not do a single thing to fix anything, never again using them as a travel agency, I expect it a lot more from them but if they are just ok with everything the property supposedly says then you can’t trust them. The only thing I can say positive is the LOCATION, close to a mall and a lot of nice restaurant's and coffee shops around the corner.

Excelente ubicación
El personal del hotel fue muy amable y atento con nosotros; nuestro vuelo llegó temprano y nos dieron la opción de guardar nuestro equipaje sin costo adicional, y lo mismo al hacer el checkout ya que el vuelo salía muy tarde. Me parece que tiene una muy buena ubicación, cerca de un centro comercial y de una avenida llena de todo tipo de negocios. Lo único malo fue que frente al hotel estaban haciendo una construcción o algo así y por la mañana se escuchaba mucho ruido, pero es algo que en mi opinión está fuera del control del hotel. Sin duda sí volvería a hospedarme aquí.

We stayed for a week. Overall a good place. We definitely recommend this place. We will stay again whenever we are in Bogota.Two suggestions though is to put double glass windows and solid doors to minimize the noice from the street and the guest neighbors.

requerimos factura por el valor del Iva que cobraron, pero no fue posible. La fundación requiere soportes legales por el total de los egresos y ellos dieron una factura por un menor valor al que pagamos por la plataforma, mas el IVA y ese valor contablemente no sirve. No coincide nada y la Fundacion tiene inconvenientes contables con esto. La parte financiera del hotel no ayudó
