„Property looks disappointing on first look at the outside but once inside it is perfect. We had a night away with friends and family eating and playing games. Venue was very comfortable and had everything you could need. It was lovely to have plenty of bedrooms so we could share or be alone. Everyone said the beds were comfy. Very close to the beach for a lovely walk. Would definitely use again. “

„Luxurious yet comfortable, had pretty much everything you might need for a lovely staycation (could do with a microwave though for warming things up!). Ideally situated for visiting Sussex’s coastal towns and inland City of Chichester and historic town of Arundel. Beach is a pebble beach, and sadly full of seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t get to the water without getting covered in the stuff, but that can’t be helped. Lovely stay overall! “

„We stayed for 5 nights and had a brilliant time. The house is so well equipped, is in a perfect position for the beach, playground, amusements and Island attractions. The whole family really loved the house. It is across 4 floors so we are all a little bit fitter now having climbed more stairs than usual. There is also some building works next door but we barely heard anything at all.“
