Das Hotel hat leider keine 5* verdient. Das gesamte Personal war unfreundlich und nicht service orientiert. Wir hatten All Inklusive und mussten Getränke am Ende bezahlen. Am Abendessen bekam man max. 1 Glas zu trinken und saß dann auf dem trocknen. Es gab immer das Gleiche zu essen und das nur im Haupthaus. Man hat also nichts am Strand bekommen. Unser Badezimmer war komplett mit mit altem Urinflecken überseht an den Wänden und dem WC sogar an der Tür. Am Vortag der Abreise konnten wir das Gepäck zur Abholung nicht reservieren. Wir sollten Frühs anrufen. Am morgen ist niemand ans Telefon gegangen und wir mussten unser Gepäck dem Berg rauf in die Hotellobby schieben. Ein Witz und pure Abzocke. Unsere erste schlechte Bewertung eines Hotels. Strandliegen sind aus den 80zigern.

Wer einen völlig entspannten Urlaub machen möchte kann gerne hingehen. Viel Natur sehr freundliche Hotelmitarbeiter. Wir sind mit unsern eigenen PKW gereist, das Auto wurde für uns geparkt und als wir in die Stadt wollten wurde es wieder vorgefahren. Einzige Manko, im Restaurant wird man nie gefragt ob man was trinken möchte. Sonst alles Tip Top.

Wir im August 2019 für 2 Wochen da. Die Anlage ist super , Zimmer sind veraltet , Einrichtung entspricht nicht eine 5 Sterne Anlage. Der Strand ist schön . Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich aber teils zerkocht. Die Mitarbeiter in der Lavanta Restaurant sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.

Beach hotel/village within a beautiful garden
We were upgraded from the hotel to the village side of the facilities as due to the season (mid october) the hotel part was already closed. Instead of a room with 3 beds we did get a small apartment with a separate bedroom which was very convenient as I was traveling with my two kids. The place was very calm and relaxing - also due to the season as I guess in summer it's much more busy there!! The whole facility is set in a beautiful garden with lots of plants and trees, the beach is very nice and the water clean and clear!! All the staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was excellent, the Manzara restaurant is really nicely set up around the pool with a stunnig view over the whole the bay. For lunch, also at the Manzara, one can choose from a large variety of food and drinks and serve yourselves. The quantity and quality is very good.

Very clean rooms! Very friendly staff! If you don't have a pre-arranged transfer from the airport, you would need to call one day prior arrival or find one at the airport. Pre-arranged would cost about 69 Euro. Very clean pool and the bay has a nice beach where you can walk into a water with a few areas without much of rocks. I would go there again if I could.

Resepsiyon karşılama 5 yıldızlıktı. Güleryüzlü ve profesyonel. Erken giriş yapmam konusunda da destek olundu. Otelin denizi çok güzel gerçekten. Birkaç nokta: 1. Öğleden sonraları çıkan rüzgarla beraber koyun sağ bölümü pisleniyor maalesef. 2. Geceler için böyle büyük bir otelde daha eğlenceli aktiviteler beklerdim. 3. Denize yakın olmak istiyorsanız 1 ve 2. bloklar avantajlı. Restorana yakın olmak istiyorsanız 3 ve 4 4. Restoran birkaç bölümden oluşuyor. Girince sağ taraftaki bölümde çalışanlar daha yetkindi. Sol ve ortadaki çalışanlar ise tecrübesizlerdi maalesef.

Went with a large group (family) Loved the scenery and landscape. We loved the food at Lavanta which is part of the all inclusive. Lots of Turkish cooking, just like my mom used to make. For some other restaurants you have to pay. It’s hilly and hard to walk around without waiting for a shuttle, so I don’t recommend this for those who aren’t full able-bodied and / or in good physical shape WI-FI is spotty so don’t plan on connecting to VPN to work from here, although we were able to use it regularly to save on data We all loved the water - it’s so clear, blue and turquoise not like anything you will see elsewhere Mini Bodrum is cute and fun for the (pre)teenagers especially Overall we loved our visit

You get what you paid for
Our stay was great. Our son enjoyed so much, though I would just like to say that most of the staff were not wearing their masks. The room was really clean! I am very sensitive with the cleanliness of the room especially the T&B, you won't see any dirt even on the sides and corners in our room. Too many choices of food at the Lavanta restaurant. I wish there was a bigger place for the outdoor dining. We also had dinner at the Laguna lounge. We expected too much from it especially that it is one of the ala carte restaurants and you have to pay extra money for it like dining in a regular restaurant. Me and my husband are hoteliers, and let me just put it this way... Knowledge of the food and drinks menu are the key weapon you have to bring with you as an F&B service staff. But it was a great experience. A lot of opportunities to grow but such a beautiful property and the shuttle guys were very friendly.
