The space
Downstairs is laid out open plan with kitchen and dining area, a lounge area with wall mounted Smart TV and log burner for cosy nights. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk beds. Both bedrooms have a wall mounted TV. The bathroom has a roll top bath and over bath shower.

The property has a private enclosed courtyard garden with [optional] luxury hot tub.

The hot tub is available upon request and arrangements can be made to pay the hot tub company on arrival.

Guests wishing to book the hot tub need to make this known at the time of booking or prior to arrival (with as much notice as possible but at least 48 hours in advance) as late requests cannot always be guaranteed. The hot tub is professionally cleaned, sanitised and refiilled between bookings and so hire depends on the availability of the hot tub company to provide this service.

Outside there is allocated private parking for two vehicles.

Free wifi available with smart TV’s provided in all rooms.

Local attractions are all easily accessible and parking to such are good.
The local town of Bodmin offers an excellent range of supermarkets and has a range of smaller shops up through the high street.
Doctors surgeries, dentists and chemists are all found in Bodmin.
