Welcome to our charming two-story residence, blending comfort with convenience. The ground floor unfurls a bright, fully-equipped kitchen where meal preparations become joyous. Step outside through the living room onto a covered terrace, a serene retreat overlooking a lush lawn, ideal for a friendly game or peaceful relaxation.

Four inviting bedrooms are spread across two levels. The lower level features two cozy rooms and a modern, tiled bathroom. Upstairs, two more bedrooms are found, one boasting a comfortable double bed and a quaint, additional toilet.
