With 75 feet of private beachfront, you can easily access fantastic reef-protected snorkeling steps off the home's backyard—just remember your water shoes! In Harmony features a refreshing freshwater pool where you can cool off and relax on sun loungers while soaking up the Caribbean sun. Evening swims under the stars are a must, thanks to the home's passive solar pool heater that keeps the water inviting after dark.

Two new pergolas have been installed to provide extended shade along the veranda. Plush outdoor seating and multiple sun beds dot the pool deck and veranda ensuring a seat for everyone to relax and unwind. Fire up the built-in propane grill for surf and turf cookouts, and gather around the alfresco dining table to enjoy meals with stunning ocean views.

Inside, the open-concept great room has been upgraded boasting two new sofas, a large 86-inch HD television, and a dining table for 8 guests, creating a relaxing atmosphere for family and friends to gather.

The villa's 4 bedrooms are spread across the home's upper and lower levels. The primary suite spans the entire upstairs while the remaining three bedrooms sit on the lower level.

***Villa Cleaning & Sanitation***
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling to be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

***Beach Notes***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.

***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a harmless floating seaweed that has increased over the summer months. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.

Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.
