„This unit was well equipped, they only thing we needed was food. Spices, kitchen supplies all provided. We just used one bike. Bikes are functional but maybe need a tune up. The beds were super comfortable which was a plus. The bed linens were just right for ac sleeping. The pool was was clean and well maintained. Nice grounds for walking the dog. Our only suggestion is to replace the sofa as it’s pretty much done. We sat on on the oversized throw pillows so not to sink in the sofa. Good ...

„The proctor cottage was perfect. Comfortable, clean, and homey. Even better than the pictures. Perfectly hospitable and sweet. Very close to the village which we enjoyed. A bit of a walk to proper beach, which didn’t bother us since it’s February. A lovely stay I hope to visit again. “

„As mentioned, the communication was excellent between guest and host. The only issue we had was the placement of the lockbox for the keys. We weren't sure if the box that was located near the garage floor was a lockbox or some sort of sensor or anything. If the lockbox was placed at eye level say for a 5'10" person, I think this would be more accommodating to your tall guest as well as not so tall guest. The location would probably be an issue for those with health challenges or elderly. ...
