The Space:

The property is fully equipped with everything you need, including a Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, heating, washer, fresh linens, and essential kitchen amenities. There is also a bathroom with a shower over bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and living area. Entry is via a secure self-check-in system for your convenience.

Getting Around:

The property is well connected by both road and public transport, making it easy to explore the area.



By bus, several routes run within a short walk of the property, including the 309, X10, X11, and X9, offering direct access to Newcastle upon Tyne. Coastal routes such as the 306 and 308 connect you to Whitley Bay and Tynemouth, while local services also run to nearby towns including Ashington and Morpeth.



The nearest rail station is Newsham Railway Station, around a 10-minute drive away, with wider UK connections available from Newcastle Central Station.



For drivers, the A189 (Spine Road) is close by, providing a direct route into Newcastle upon Tyne in approximately 25 minutes, with easy access to the A19. Free on-street parking is available at the property.



Other Things to Note:

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
