„The property is beautiful with wonderful views of Chatuga Lake. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable . The bed was so-so on comfort. My room could use some sprucing up due to age. I think being surrounded by large magnolia trees, the balcony doors do not appear inviting. I would stay again because it was clean and the price was better than other hotels. “

„Es ist nicht einfach, eine Bewertung für das River Breeze Inn in Townsend zu schreiben. Dies liegt daran, dass unser Zimmer eigentlich in Ordnung war, aber uns trotzdem nicht zufrieden stellen konnte. Die Unterkunft wirbt auf den Bildern vor allem mit dem modernen Bau auf dem Hügel. Es gibt allerdings noch ein weiteres, älteres Gebäude im Motelstil an der Straße. Fast alle der 39+ präsentierten Bilder zeigen den Neubau oder den Innenbereich. „I was only here for one night on business but the TV channel selection was pretty poor. Staff was a bare minimum, I imagine because the Lake was lowered to do maintenance. “

„Very fun! The Owls Perch space is efficient and compact but also lovely. Very stylish with lots of owls! The creekside location is amazing—loved sleeping to creek noises. The drive there is quite an adventure—the road keeps getting smaller and rougher, but still drivable. You don’t need 4 wheel drive, but the 5” clearance is definitely advised.
