„Unique experience. Loved our little camp site. The hot tub was perfect. The stream was very nice and relaxing... The pond was beautiful. Would only change the ladder that led to bed in the loft. Maybe one with handles on top.“

Amenities were VERY limited, and when some yahoo rode by oou patio on some kind of ATV for an unexplainable reason at 8AM the morning after we arrived- that woke us up. 'Popcorn and a movie' the following night was equally disappointing. Yes, the movie played, but no popcorn offered, and the latte machine near that area didn't work. Staff was friendly and as accomodating as they could be, but this place is still a work in progress.“

„Several times OJ was out, but we got to watch the crows feast on the overflowing trash can just outside the dining area. Outdoor sofas seemed the attract inconsiderate guests with stinking cigars and trash left behind. I’ve stayed here off and on for almost two years and it seems like things are starting to slip since January.“

„Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Einfallstrasse von Gatlinburg und deshalb war es sehr laut. Die Angestellte am Empfang war sehr hilfsbereit und auch sehr freundlich. Unser Boden im Zimmer war leider dreckig als wir angereist sind und das hat sich bis zur Abreise auch nicht geändert.“
