After several intends to come to a solution during our stay with the service provider the option provided to us were that we could book another apartment and to pay fully for the already rented apartment as well as the other apartment. We stated numerous times, and this was even suggested by one of the agents of the service providing company on the first attempt to change the apartements, ...

„The room was very clean. The outside could use some maintenance. The garbage bins for a view was not what I had in mind. The only food on the property was Indian cuisine…how is that possible?? Very disappointing. There was not much to do on the property. The hot tub and pool was alway full and very loud. But we had a very relaxing stay. I would pick another area next time. “
