Hi Kirsten,We do apologized for the inconveniences caused to you and your guest. We have spoken to our staff and taken the necessary action to deal with this matter. It was unfortunate that such has happened during your stay which is our first encounter BUT we will make sure that it does not happen to other guests.As a side note, it is much appreciated that when you are checking in to other motels/hotels in future, do inform them if you are arriving late or after office hours. There was no phone call or message from you to let us know that you are going to arrive later than 8pm which was after our office hour. Kind regards,

Hi Peter,We do respect that minority of our guests are sensitive to smell of scent, however we always gets lots of compliments from majority of our guests that our rooms smell nice and fresh.

We reckon when you are travelling on holidays, there is no option to select soft, medium or hard mattress and even pillows too. We have plans in place to upgrade to double glazing windows during the winter period when we are not busy.
