Had to turn around a bit to find parking, we ended up finding free street parking less than 5min walk. The flat isnt sound proof and you cam hear outside/ other flats doors but it was find wearing earplugs.“

"Leider ist dieses Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Fahrstühle langsam, Armaturen, Teppiche etc abgenutzt. Es ist außerdem an einer sehr lauten Straße.
Obwohl es sich auch um ein Konferenz- und Business Hotel handeln soll, gab es keine Möglichkeit, sich für 30 Minuten für ein ruhiges Telefonat zurückzuziehen. Die Bitte, 30 Minuten ein leer stehendes Konferenzzimmer für eine VC verwenden zu dürfen, wurde von der GM verweigert. Dafür sollte ich zusätzlich £25 bezahlen (wohlgemerkt ohne Conference Service o.ä.)."

"Ich war total geschockt: Völlig verdreckter Teppich, Schimmelpilz an der Wand. Ich hab in der obersten Etage gewohnt, ohne Aufzug. Es tropfte von der Wand. Als ich das reklamierte, hiess es, dass sie mir kein anderes Zimmer geben können. Es war ein Rattenloch. Bereits on der ersten Nacht, lief eine Person immer an meinem Zimmer auf und ab und in der zweiten Nacht, versuchte jemand ins Zimmer zu gelangen. Vielen Dank an die Polizei von Bristol, die mich da rausgeholt haben.

Frühstück war überschaubar und an den drei Tagen gab es keinen Orangen (out of stock). Die Geschäftsführung versuchte das ganze Chaos mit dem Wochenende und dem darauf folgenden Bank Holiday zu rechtfertigen (mehr Gäste / weniger Personal), aber wenn man die Kommentare insgesamt liest, scheint das eher der Normalzustand zu sein. Absolut zu vermeiden!"
