„very warm welcoming, useful recomendations for trips and sightseeing in the surrounding, cosy rooms , private and warm atmosphere“

„freundliches Personal, wenig Platz im Familienzimmer“

„The stay included a full Scottish breakfast, but I am a vegan and could not eat most of what they cooked and I was never asked what I wanted for breakfast. I am a plain oatmeal breakfast eater, which I tought would be easy in Scotland. Even Mcdonald's has oatmeal.“

„What to say? If you are on holiday in the area, this accommodation is highly recommended. The rooms and the building are beautifully decorated. Breakfast is super delicious and the owners are excellent. They take care of everything and also give great tips for the region.“

„We had a fantastic time at the Alyth Hotel. The room was very clean and cozy, and I loved the vintage furniture pieces and the bathroom design, lots of character. We had a small issue with the heating, but the staff were helpful in sorting it out. The food was excellent both at dinner and breakfast. Breakfast had a great cooked-to-order option alongside a well-stocked buffet. Free parking right across the hotel was a convenient touch too. 10/10, would highly recommend and would definitely stay ...

„Sehr schönes kleines Haus, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Hier muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen. Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, mit eigenem Parkplatz. Alles sehr sauber, zweckmäßig ausgestattet und mit sehr guten Betten. Schneller und freundlicher Kontakt zur Inhaberin.“

„Greeted at the door by site manager and given a tour of the facilities. We had the private ensuite room and was everying we needed. The shared kitchen had all the kitchen stuffs you would require. The house in down a long drive that's very bumpy so don't bring your sports car. Unfortunately the weather was not good so we will have to be back to explore the area again some time soon“

„Zimmer MacThomas war direkt unterm Dach, viele Schrägen. Prima Bett. Leider absolut schreckliches Bad. Kein Spiegel, nur ein Kosmetikspiegel überm irre winzigen Waschbecken. Alte Badewanne, braunes Wasser, grauenhaft.

„The cottage was lovely, beds very comfortable. Decoration great, each room had its own character. Shower superb. Kitchen had everything you could need. The cottage has a lovely garden with table and chairs which would be great in the summer. There is parking right outside. All in all a great cottage. Stayed with a friend and my dog. Garden was properly enclosed and safe.“

„Authentisches, schottisches B&B. Netter Service...“

„This was our very favorite stay of our entire Scotland trip. Helen and Tim have created something really special at Gulabin Lodge. We loved the proximity to hiking and the amazing facilities. It was such a good experience that we will be booking here again the next time we visit.“

„Absolutely amazing and stunning accommodation. Everything here is perfect, from the interior to the hot tub, to the glorious views. When we walked in for a 3 night stay, we immediately booked a further night We will deffo be booking up for a full week next year Thankyou for such a wonderful stay“

„We had a wonderful week, based at Jessamine cottage, with helpful communication from the owner.Everything that we needed was provided, as well as a very generous welcome hamper. The cottage is very comfortable and clean, and in a good quiet location. We used the walking leaflets and books for inspiration. There is a local supermarket close by in Blairgowrie and good local walks. The welcome folder gives recommendations for places to eat. We all had a delicious meal at the Old Cross Inn, Rattray, ...

„We’ve just had a lovely weekend at the Old Stables. We really enjoyed the large, open plan kitchen/living/dining area, the hot tub and sauna and the very impressive cinema room. The house was very clean and Hazel was a great host, providing all the details we needed and very responsive to messages. Alyth is a nice wee village and the whole area is absolutely gorgeous. We had a terrific walk in the Den of Alyth and a glorious day at Glamis Castle which is very close by. “

„We had been looking forward to our weekly stay in Scotland for almost 3 years. Sadly, the villa did not meet our high expectations. First, the villa was in a nice location in Blairgowrie with a large yard, and a quiet neighborhood. The house has great character but it is old and rustic. There are 10 bedrooms inside the main house and 8 cottages in the courtyard. Ten of them are king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms are a nice size, but the carpet is old and the floors creak when you ...
