„eigentlich war alles sehr klasse. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns gestört. DAs Zimmer ist sehr nett eingerichtet gewesen, aber es gab keinerlei Haken im Bad oder neben der Tür, wo man mal ein Kleidungsstück aufhängen konnte. Und auch nichts, wo man den Koffer drauf stellen konnte. Dieses kleine Details macht das Wohnen ungemütlich. Ansonsten war alles prima.“

„Die Lobby ist nagelneu, der Rest etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im renovierten Zimmer steht eine kleine elektrische Standheizung und heizt gegen die schlechte Isolierung an. Bad und Betten sind neu und komfortabel. Statt Kleiderschrank gibt es eine Stange, quer über dem Teekocher (!?). Das Frühstück für 10£ wirkt etwas lieblos. Für eine Nacht ist das Hotel ok.“

„A lovely place to stay! Our cottage was perfect, good size and beautifully decorated. Such a peaceful place, easy to get into Cardiff centre. My daughter left her teddy behind and the staff were so helpful, they packaged him up ready for a courier to collect and let me know when he was collected. “
