„Room itself fine but newly fitted shower tray flooded bathroom - Room service poor as 3 different menus give 3 different times this is available and a 4 Star hotel stopping room service at 8.00pm???? Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great.“

„the staff were lovely but on arrival we got put in the wrong room we got put in a single when i paid for a double. I showed my booking to the man working there and he didn’t take any notice of it so then i had to message the manager and he sorted it out straight away he was very nice. „!!DO NOT STAY HERE!! there was mould all over the room, when alerting staff 2 men came downstairs into the room holding pillowcases. Then they proceeded to wipe the walls with them, telling me that it should be fine “we will spray the walls”. Also telling me that this room isn’t normally hired out as it has ‘problems’.
