„the staff were lovely but on arrival we got put in the wrong room we got put in a single when i paid for a double. I showed my booking to the man working there and he didn’t take any notice of it so then i had to message the manager and he sorted it out straight away he was very nice. there was mould all over the room, when alerting staff 2 men came downstairs into the room holding pillowcases. Then they proceeded to wipe the walls with them, telling me that it should be fine “we will spray the walls”. Also telling me that this room isn’t normally hired out as it has ‘problems’.
