Nice also to have a fridge in the bedroom. Dot the lady who manages the property was lovely & extremely welcoming. We didn't eat breakfast so I can't comment on that. „The property was a bit disappointing as restaurant wasn't open so no meals at all available, we'd hoped to add on breakfast, bar was open for evening drinks but very quiet. The 2 staff working were friendly and helpful. My room was on 3rd floor which wasn't ideal with a toddler but I was allowed to leave buggy downstairs. „Arrived Friday the 7th August 2026 to be met by a man who we now know was the owner, to ask why we were there as they had tried to contact us to cancel. Nothing received. Told there was nothing available even though i had 2 rooms booked. After a conversation was offered a family room that sleeps 4. This room had a 4ft bed and bunk beds. „Booked week before and paid but when turned up refused accommodation. They nearly ruined our holiday. Luckily got accommodation at another hotel because of recent cancellations. Still haven't received a refund although this was promised yesterday. Avoid the Tulip hotel.“
