We are a family run seaside 3* B&B I'm afraid if you require business standard you need to book into one of the larger hotels, the car park is a minimum of 2 nights stay which was on the conditions of the booking. And in regards to car park being dangerous thousands use this and find safe and secure. Sorry you found your 1 nights stay not up to you expectations. Dear Guest, We would like to thank you for taking the time to review our establishment. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We do apologise for the lift being out of order during your stay; however, it was for guests safety that it was not used until repair and was a completely unforeseeable issue that occurred. during this kind of emergency, we do have to secure the lower floor rooms for the guests who have registered themselves with us as needing our lower floor rooms, which is what we did. You were one of our lasts guests to arrive and therefore, all of our rooms for your stay were already taken; for which we do apologise deeply. However, the room that you were moved to was one of our largest double rooms available and did have plenty of space for 2 people. Upon arrival; you were informed that the car park was indeed static and therefore, your car could not be moved easily until your day of departure. After checking with all staff and management on that morning, not one of them were informed of your wish to depart earlier than planned and therefore, no arrangements could have been made on our behalf. We did inform you that we are only a 3 star bed and breakfast and not a 3 star hotel; therefore our standards are different to that of a hotel.
