SCARLETT'S PLACE

Unwind in front of a roaring open fire while enjoying breathtaking views of Blackheath Golf Course. This spacious and character-filled 1950s family home offers a peaceful retreat, with large picture windows framing five lush fairways. Guests consistently praise the warm, inviting atmosphere created by the fireplace, making Scarletts Place a cosy haven in every season. Ideally located just 150 metres from the clubhouse, restaurant, and bar, its perfect for golf enthusiasts or anyone seeking a serene escape with easy access to local dining.

The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, with a mix of King, Queen, and Single beds. Its generous layout and timeless charm make it ideal for families or groups. There are two bathrooms, one featuring a private saunaan added luxury after a day of exploring. Please note that Bedroom 2 is accessed via Bedroom 1, with the ensuite situated in the hallway connecting them. A door between the rooms ensures privacy for all guests.

Scarletts Place is designed for comfort year-round. Enjoy central heating throughout, supplemented by gas and electric heaters, plus electric blankets on all beds for crisp mountain nights. The master bedroom also includes a TV, perfect for relaxed evenings in bed.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, and all the essentials for home cooking. Meals can be shared at the breakfast bar or in the separate dining room, both with picturesque views over the golf courseenhancing the sense of calm and connection with nature.

After a day of adventuring through the Blue Mountains, gather in the lounge for a movie night on the Smart TV, browse the DVD collection, or play a board game with family or friends. Complimentary WiFi keeps you connected, while soft carpet underfoot adds to the homes comforting feel.

Ground Floor: Level entry into garage and laundry, one step from garage into the main house, four steps at front door entry, lounge, dining, kitchen, two bathrooms, sauna, bedrooms 1, 2, 3, and 4, and back patio.

ACCESSIBILITY
Main Entrance: Front door entry has four steps into the house, then level throughout.
Garage Entrance: Level entry via the driveway into the garage, with one step into the house, which is then level throughout.

FEES
The base tariff includes 6 people; extra guests are charged an additional fee per person, per night.
Electric car charging is $20 per use, payable separately after booking.

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING FEE
Please advise if you intend to use the house electricity to charge your electric car.
There is a fee of $20 per charge, which is charged separately.
Kindly inform us of the number of times you plan to charge your car during your stay.
⁠ There is no dedicated EV port at the property.
Guests will need to bring their own extension lead and EV-compatible charging cable to connect to the propertys electricity supply.

CLEANING FEE
The cleaning fee reflects the actual cost of professional cleaning and linen hire for each booking.

FIREWOOD SEASON
1st May - 30th September.
During firewood season, a starter pack of firewood, kindling, firelighters, and matches is provided for your first night.
More firewood and supplies can be purchased locally from petrol stations.

Please note that poor weather conditions may affect live free-to-air channels.
We cannot guarantee a consistent television signal.
On-demand channels and streaming apps are available through the Smart TV using your accounts.

9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW

For the comfort of our neighbours, please adhere to a noise curfew from 9pm to 8am in all outdoor areas.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a quiet environment during these hours.

This property is exclusively for registered guests.
It cannot be used for gatherings or events, and no additional visitors are allowed without permission.

NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY
We enforce a strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy.
As this is a quiet residential area, any breach will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

PAYMENT POLICY
Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date.
Balance Security Bond: The remaining balance and the refundable security bond must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
Full Payment: For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment and the refundable security bond are required at the time of booking.
Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond.
Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT LENNOX HEAD on your bank statement.
Agreement: By making payments, you agree to our terms and conditions.
Bond Refund: Bond refunds are processed 7 business days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee.
Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for the cancellation of events, functions, or activities, which are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.

Fantastic Home and View of Blackheath Golf Course

I highly recommend this home to anyone, particularly golfers. The home is very spacious and clean with great size rooms and kitchen. The view from the living room and terrace are spectacular. Wish we were still there.

Great property for a group of friends or family

Scarlett's Place is very comfortable and clean, the original features of the house were great. We all had our own bed, two bathrooms and an extra toilet. The kitchen had everything we needed, the lounge area has plenty of room and seating with a great view of the golf course. The area is quiet, close to Blackheath and the National Park. Will definitely return.

Fabulous House Overlooking the Golf Course

Highly recommend Scarlett’s Place. Large glass windows overlooking the golf course with full sun to warm the place in winter. The kitchen was well set up to cook. Would definitely recommend and would love to say again. Place was spotlessly clean and whole process of check was smooth and communication clear.

A lovely spot for a weekend away!

Beautiful spot for a weekend away in the Blue Mountains. Situated on a quiet street, there is plenty of parking. The entire house is well equipped - from kitchen utensils to bathroom shower gels & hair products, to laundry products. Plenty of room to gather in the lounge area around the fire. Central heating was beautiful for a winter visit! Will definitely be back again in the future :-)

Perfect Girl's Getaway

Scarlett's Place was absolutely perfect for our girl's weekend - 4 sisters and our 92 year old Mum. Mum loved being able to sit in the lovely light filled living areas enjoying the lovely views over the Blackheath Golf Course. Frosty mornings and beautiful sunsets were a delight. Scarlett's has everything you need, very clean, warm and cosy, roomy and comfortable couches. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy access to house through the garage worked well for Mum. We are definitely considering re-booking for next year's getaway. Really wished we could have stayed longer.

Peaceful Stay

I had a short but relaxing stay at Scarlett's Place recently. I love the mountains and this home ensured it was another great stay. The home was extremely clean and well equipped. I absolutely loved the spot next to the window, sun shining in, looking out over the golf course. It really is a very peaceful location. It's nice and close to Blackheath shops which have most things you need. I recommend this home and hope to stay again some time.

Neat and tidy, plenty of room inside. Great view from back patio overlooking the golf course. Kitchen was ample to cook meals. We found plenty to do touring during the day looking at the National Park.

Great location, clean and comfortable home. Heating was great for the first chilly night. Lovley outlook onto the gold course. One of the bedrooms with single beds is located off the master bedroom. A little awkward if sharing with two couples.

The property was exactly as advertised, great views, unbelievably clean for our arrival. We like things to go well on our trips away, and It had everything we need , there were 3 couples , we all loved it , great for us as it was close to where we needed to go. Everything went very well, would not hesitate to stay there again , the property managers instructions were easy and simple to follow. Would definitely recommend this to our friends and family in the future.
