„We visited in late March and really enjoyed the heated pool. It's a fabulous area for families with lots of space, food and drink, and activities. The room was good - clean and fairly spacious for our small group. I might pick a larger one when we visit again with a patio and more sunlight. We were in one of the older buildings and we could hear some of the noise in the neighboring unit but all in all was quiet enough for good rest at night.“

„Brent and Robin's condo is so beautiful with its abundance of western decor. It is immaculately kept up and clean and makes "shoes off" so easy to follow! They are such wonderful people, that one can't help but respect their property! The small complex with pool, is extremely quiet and located within walking distance of the many attractions in Cave Creek, AZ. My only reservations for writing this review, is that I would rather keep this special place all to ourselves, Lol! Craig & Marlene H.“

„Nice property, decent location. Management company (Vacasa) was HORRIBLE. Arrived at 4 PM check-in time to find that the unit had not been cleaned/was not ready for check-in. After countless calls to Vacasa, we finally got confirmation that the unit would be cleaned "tonight". We were finally able to occupy at 8:30 PM. Worse experience if over 25 years of renting vacation properties.“

„Well positioned halfway between Phoenix and Sedona. Black Canyon City is a very small town and the location is convenient, just a few minutes from the Interstate. Stayed 7 nights in unit. This unit had the basic necessities for overnight needs. If you're looking for a clean, simplistic, minimalist stay, off the beaten path for a good price, this is your place. We would stay here again.“
