„It was a wonderful time we had in this little cosy house. Everything went smoothly: communication beforehand, check in, our actual stay and check out. The host is very welcoming and quick to respond. Everything was perfect. We would come again for sure!The only thing to improve is the sleeping situation in the main bedroom: it is a king size bed with one mattress (a quite "bumpy" one) and one cover. „We never got the opportunity to stay in this home…the host cancelled our booking at 17:30 on the day we were due to move in. No communication, we had to chase him for a few hours. Finally at 5pm he rang to say he was on his way to meet us and then half hour later he called to say that he was cancelling our booking due to a water leak… but we didn’t believe what he was telling us. We then had to find alternative accommodation for the rest of the week. Terrible experience from start to finish!“

„We had a very enjoyable stay at Zarza House. Very clean with good outdoor space. It was a great base to visit Harry Potter Studios and only 25 mins into London on the train. Lots of places to eat at the Galleria - less than 10 mins walk away.“

„The accommodation was comfortable. The bathroom is in need of updating and a deep clean although the shower was excellent. The outside of the property belied the inside - it is in need of care and attention, the bins were overflowing and the brambles had taken over.“
