Was here for 2 weeks. On my first day I stubbed my toe on the sofa corner so please be careful with that. As mentioned before, the control at the entrance both for vehicle and bag check like the airport is appreciated but it does get tiring. I suppose it is necessary in this country. I believe it's the best hotel in the city so stay here. (Note about taxis when you arrive: Taxi to and from airport should cost 500 Soms. Also taxis hire only one client at a time so don't be confused when you first arrive.)

Best Hotel in Bishkek
I was here 2 weeks for business. This is the best hotel in Bishkek. There is extra security (like when traveling at airport). Staff is helpful. Breakfast for me was a bit expensive- 14 dollars- so only used a couple times, you can eat a nice breakfast nearby by (like at Adriano's for 3 dollars or at Loshkas for 2 dollars) The pool is nice. Cleaning people a bit tight on soap, they also left me an alarm clock in room with no batteries. Avoid rooms with view of the pool since the window is full of guano. The restaurant in the evening is very good and worth the price.

Still a good business hotel
Stayed here many times but not for the past few years. Still a very secure site, and the staff's English has got better over the years. Rooms are spacious and I upgraded to Regency Club which was useful for snacks in the evening.

Disappointing experience, but great location
Our stay at the Bishkek Hyatt Regency had so many different unsatisfying experiences that it is much easier to state what was good about it -- the location!

ビシュケク一(いち)の最高級ホテルだが、値段も目玉が出る程高い
値段が高いのは9階のVIPルームだったのだが、北向きで街の中心部を向いていなかった。それで、同じ9階の西側の部屋(実際は南側)に代えてもらおうとしたらエキストラが掛かると言う。それで、6階でも良いと話したら6,5階はなく4階の南向きの部屋となった(部屋は南北向きで東西向きではなかった)。ただ階数が下がり眺望は良くなかった。(ただただ部屋から中心部の眺望の写真を撮りたいがための希望だったが、結局高い料金を払いながら普通の部屋になってしまった)。フロントのスタッフは皆若い女性だった。夕方、オシュ・バザールでショルダーバッグから観光ガイドブック(地球の歩き方・中央アジア)を盗まれた。ホテルに帰りそのことを話しすると、ツム百貨店5階の本屋とRaritetと言う本屋が外国語の本を扱っているとのことで、閉店間際のツム百貨店に行ったが売っていなくて、翌朝Raritetに行ったが日本語の辞書はあるがガイドブックはなしとのことだった。日本大使館にTelしてもらい、大使館員と話しコピーしてもらえることになった。スタッフに場所を訊くとRaritetと同じ所を指すので、それは本屋でしょうと問い詰めた。結局正しい大使館の場所を教わったが、最初の話を信じていれば、またホテルに戻って違っていたと言わざるを得ないところだった。スタッフにとっては日本大使館の場所は初めて調べたのかも知れないが、住所から正しい場所を教えてもらわねば困る。
