„Short two night stay over the Christmas period, the house was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Location was ideal has we had arranged a visit to the Black Country Museum, also we had lovely meal booked at the Bella Dona Italian restaurant both within a short drive. „The house is large, well laid out and proportioned, with 5 bedrooms, 3 ensuite and one family bathroom, separate downstairs toilet, in a great location with a good number of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Easy on street parking. Kitchen is huge and we mainly gathered there. A touch too windy to enjoy the garden but did use the outdoor table tennis table. „Family lives in the house and they do not Care if you want to sleep or not. Booked for 4, got bed for 2 only. So me and my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch covered with our coat. We got 1 towel in total only. The family disturbs you with cooking until midnight, then the son started to eat very loudly, singing and making noice with the spoon on the plate in the space where we were meant to sleep. „The property was not fit for purpose with no working toilet, when I contacted the host she didn't arrange for a plumber to fix this so we had no working toilet during our stay which as you can imagine with 4 adults and 2 children in the property was not a pretty sight or smell. When checking in we were given the wrong code for the key safe so was unable to get into the property, we waited for nearly an hour for the host to finally call me back and give me the correct code. „Sehr modernes und sauberes Zimmer mit einer Küchenecke. Die Lage von dem Hotel ist auch sehr zentral. Nur ein paar Sachen zu bemängeln: als ich einchecken wollte, musste ich ca. 10 min warten, da niemand in der Rezeption war. Ich konnte auch nicht rein ins Hotel, nur erst, wenn einige Gäste rauskamen. Beim Frühstück gibt es sehr wenig Gemüse und Obstsalat war auch an einem Tag aus.“

„Die Apartments sind neben dem Bahnhof, mitten in der Innenstadt. Restaurants, pub's, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr. Die Ausstattung ist super und frühstücken kann man, für wenig Geld in der Nähe. Bei der Ausstattung gab es nichts zu meckern, alles da (auch Waschmaschine).“
