Flat is located in a secluded estate within Coventry City Centre. The yard is very quiet, as soon as the main estate gate is crossed, local amenities, bars, cafes and shops can be found almost straight away.

Parking is located under the building and the main gate can be accessed off Greyfriairs Road. There is an allocated parking space for the flat, right next to the parking space there is a key safe with key provided for the ease of access to all facilities. More instructions are provided via email on the day of checking in.
