„Sehr gemütlicher Pub mit sehr freundlichen Besitzern und leckerem Essen. Das Zimmer war sehr herzig und immer gut mit Tee und Keksen aufgefüllt. Das einzig Negative war, dass das Bett keinen Topper hatte und ich jede Metallfeder gespürt habe. Das war sehr schade. Sonst war alles tiptop. “

„Good location with small parking area. Very welcoming staff, offering helpful advice on local area. The room itself was of very high standard and lacked nothing that I needed for my stay. Highly recommend the superb cooked breakfast for a small extra cost.“

„Very comfortable.“

„The property is in a quiet village, with ample grounds and free parking. Victoria , the owner was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and room and en-suite were spotlessly clean. The selection available for breakfast was extensive and everything was cooked freshly. Overall excellent value. The property is in walkable distance to a station on the mainline into New Street, Birmingham, which takes c15 minutes.“

„The check in was chaotic, I.e. no room number or lockbox instruction until after check in time, then no key in the lockbox and no telephone number to call to discover what to do next. “

„Perfect overnight and welcoming stay and fabulous breakfast“

„Loved everything about our stay!! Service was great! Breakfast with homemade jams and marmalades was divine and very filling! Easy parking in front! Room was exceptionally clean!!“

„nice small budget hotel close to city center. pub open till 11 pm. much better than any travellodge, ibis or other chain budget hotel.“

„Property was convenient for Stratford. Bed very comfortable. A great selection of quality toiletries. Owners were welcoming and advised us of recommended places to eat prior to our visit. As we were staying on a Saturday evening we were able to book a table in advance at what was a very popular venue. Would definitely stay when in the area in the future.“

„The Guest House was excellent. Very clean. Lovely couple who owned the guest house were very helpful. All in all a great experience 👍👍“

„Nice quiet area and nice neighbors and lovely house with fully amenities for the accommodation and close to city centre and football ground and university nearby and plenty of restaurants nearby and access to inner ring road and outer ring road and close to motorway northbound southbound and eastbound“

„Martha was a lovely, attentive host. Hedley Villa Guest House is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Free parking available directly outside. We had a lovely stay.“

„The hotel is not exactly new but it is fine for the prices charged. The staff members were excellent, being centrally located, the hotel is easily accessible from any part of town and ideal for people visiting the nearby universities like the Leicester university. Overall, the place is good and value for money and the management is keen on refurbishing it.“
