Don't stay here if you are the type of traveler who needs:
1. An onsite staff. This is an apartment and all support is remote.
2. Timely communication. There are at least four operational communication points - remote operation support, customer service, local housekeeping & the owner. There's at least a day lag in response. They also did not follow through after committing. A simple delivery of bath mats & shower curtain that could have completed in 30 minutes didn't get completed at all during a 5 nights stay - even after assurances it will be done.
3. Housecleaning did not do a thorough job & the towels smelled bad after one day of use.
4. Mobility issues - small stairs going up to the bedroom. No shower curtain & water everywhere after each shower creating a dangerous condition even with a bath mat.
5. Automated emails requesting for 5 star reviews. A very personal touch.
6. The birds from the birdshop across the street wake up at 5 am. You will not get a restful sleep.
