Thank you for choosing Cornhill Castle. We are saddened to hear that you felt that the suite you stayed in wasn't up to the standard you required. We have a verity of different rooms and suites, so that we can accommodate a broad spectrum of guest needs and specific requests can be catered for, unfortunately not all rooms have a view of Tinto hill and the Clyde river. Apologies that the Wifi didn't seem to be 100% on you visit - thank you for your feed back, and we hope to welcoming you back, in the not too distant future.

Dear Dave, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review. I am very sorry about the service that you received and it is not the normal for us, and I will be looking into the situation int he restaurant. Sadly the WIFI in the hotel is precarious at best due to our location, However we have been looking into boosting our signal. We do hope to welcome you back to Cornhill Castle Hotel

Good morning, Thank you very much for your comments on your stay with us. We are delighted that we are the best place you have ever stayed but we do note that you found the rooms uncomfortably hot. We have a biomass boiler for our heating and whilst we are enjoying the unseasonable warm weather our boiler has not adjusted to it quite so well so we apologise for that.
