„Thr driweway was not fun as we were pulling a trailor for a vending event. One room had no curtains whatsoever. The other bedroom had extreme issues with the bed. Has box springs with no springs. Huge lumps in the bed and a pit at the foot of the bed. They tried sleeping every different direction and it was awful. The house was nice. Location not bad. Only one bedroom had a TV. „This was such a cozy retreat for us. A glimpse back in time. Wonderful hosts with good communication. House was very clean and interesting. Beds comfortable and lots of blankets and linens. We just needed some extra sleeping space for our near by family Thanksgiving, but we ended up getting so much more!“

„This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The location is good and the owner is great. Kim is very responsive. We had an issue with the temperature in the place and Kim addressed it quickly and attentively; and it was resolved. Even my dog was comfortable staying there. He usually barks when we leave him alone (crated), but he didn't while there. “

„What a lovely place to stay in the mountains of southwest Virginia. We visit BSG nearly every year for a family reunion. The only decent hotel in town has seen better days and we wanted something more comfortable. This trip was my 84 year old Dad and me.
