„Excellent property with two full double bedrooms and a wonderful view from the top of a three-storey building onto the mouth of two rivers (facing eastward, just as the photo says). We loved every minute we were in the property. The town has several nice pubs and a charming coffee shop within 200-300 metres walking (jam session music on Sunday nights in very nearby pub (Beaver Inn, but no sound in apartment). Overnight parking on nearby street is free but costs something (£9?) on nearby big ...

„The apartment is easy to find, and parking is within a few yards of the door. The apartment was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need, and felt like a real home as opposed to a holiday let. Everything is good quality with little expense spared in fitting it out. The location is spectacular, with great views across the estuary. „I have been coming to Instow for the last 68 years, we have stayed in various places and you cannot fault this property for its view, fabulous and one which I shall remember. Your property was warm and welcoming. The lift was very useful especially for taking the luggage upstairs. There was nothing which we didn’t like about the property, although a working shower would have been useful and maybe a comments book. We look forward to year 69. Thank you. “

Andy, der Caretaker, war sehr nett und hat uns super eingewiesen. In der nähreren Umgebung finden sich jede Menge Restaurants und Take away, so dass man eigentlich nicht kochen müsste. Mehrere Surfschulen in der Umgebung bieten für junge Leute viel Abwechslung. Es war für uns als Familie ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub.“
