„Spent 4 nights here. The unit is as described, very modern, spacious well equipped and clean. The balcony overlooks a good sized pool, nice gardens and is private. It is not too far from the city centre and the Esplanade. We encountered some difficulty accessing the lock box key set up as we are not familiar with these but that but the owner was contactable and able to assist us. We would certainly be staying here on our next visit.“

„I booked it and then about 24 hours later they emailed me that the office closes at 4. I requested after hour checkin process. I didn’t hear anything for 12 hours and only received “call us urgently”. When I called the phone provided, no one answered. They finally called me after 8 PM and blamed me for poor communication and accused me of not calling! Zero focus on the customer and worse communication. “
