„Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns eine helle, moderne, erstaunlich geräumige und (eigentlich) gemütliche Wohnung in der ersten Etage. Allerdings wurde der erste positive Eindruck ziemlich schnell dadurch getrübt, dass die Wohnung leider nur oberflächlich gereinigt war: Sand in den Duschen, staubiger Teppich und sämtliche Oberflächen klebten. „This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back “

„The house was really lovely, spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. We didnt eat any meals at home but the kitchen seemed well equipped and there were plenty of mugs and cutlery. The beach was glorious and only 15 mins walk away. Filey and Bempton Cliffs nearby.Wouldn’t normally have chosen a holiday ‘village’ but it was very pleasant. I would imagine it can get very busy in high summer but it was fairly quiet - perfect for us.Thank you“
