"Great design in combination with a very functional room. Small, but well thought through. All room functions can be controlled via a tablet. Hotel has a nice rooftop and is a 5min walk to L'Enfant Plaza metro, which is one of the major metro intersections in DC."

"Das Hotel liegt ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Weißen Haus entfernt. Parkplätze in Tiefgarage kostenpflichtig vorhanden. Und hat es sehr gut gefallen.,"

"This was a very unpleasant experience we had on our tour through the united states as a family. The room itself was okay, but the Service was not good. There was some sort of error in the booking system of hotels.com , so my confirmation said breakfast and parking included, but the hotels booking system said otherwise. Instead of helping me sort out the issue, the receptionist was very clear that it was not her problem, so I had to book breakfast again. When I wanted to pay for it during checkout, they send me back and forth between the reception and the Mezzanine level since no one felt responsible for taking the payment. The same receptionist then said I should just leave, it would be her "gift to me" and she would sort it out with the Restaurant staff. Few days later they just charge my credit card without further info and also no receipt was send. "

"Location, interior & exterior of the hotel are amazing. Beds are very comfortable, towels super soft and the room was spacious. The staff was really nice and helpful in general. We would stay again. Two small things that can be easily improved 1. The lady who checked us in was somehow bored to talk...she was barely opening her mouth & she was so quiet and in slow motion, even when we asked her to repeat some stuff. In the end we gave up, went to the room and started piecing the information together. Weird first impression but didnt spoil our stay. 2. Please note that wifi kicks you out after some minutes of inactivity. This meant that our pictures did not upload to cloud over night (risky for travellers, in case something happens with the phone). I understand why potentially a hotel would want to do it, but it kinda feels cheap & limits such basic need as internet."

"Das Hotel ist erstklassig, die Suites geräumig, die Bedienung exzellent. LEIDER liegt es weit weg vom Metro, also ist man ohne Auto aufs Taxi angewiesen. UND die Bar schon VOR 10 uhr Abends. Das kam mir seltsam vor."
