The local beaches in both Berwick and nearby Spittal are some of the best in the area, and the property enjoys a convenient location for accessing the facilities within Berwick town centre, in addition to the attractions up and down the Northumberland and Berwickshire coast.

The property provides accommodation over two floors. On the ground level there is a comfortable living room with wood burner and a generous dining room and kitchen. Refitted in 2020 to high modern standards the kitchen provides everything needed to base yourself as a family or group in Heron House. The dining area is spacious and comfortable, ideal for a family.
