"Das Hotel hat eine fantastische Anlage, man kann sich kaum was besseres vorstellen. Bietet auch sehr viele Aktivitäten an. Ein absolutes Paradies! Das Zimmer war wirklich groß aber sehr ungemütlich, weil der Boden komplett mit einer komischen Plastikfolie bedeckt war und die Möbel/Dekoration teilweise etwas alt war. Das Zimmer braucht jedenfalls eine richtige Renovierung. Das Bad ist auch extrem alt. Die Türen schützen kaum gegen äußeren Geräusche, das kann schon ein Problem zum schlafen sein wenn man sensibel ist. In Bermuda alle Preise sind sehr hoch, aber das Zimmer per se ist der Preis nicht wert. Wir könnten uns nicht vorstellen dort lang zu bleiben. Aber die Anlage ist atemberaubend und kompensiert es. "

"Overpriced and not really enjoyable on rainy days, lack of service and opportunities. Positive: View to the ocean is amazing, and on a nice sunny day you can probably also really enjoy the hotel to the fullest. Reception on arrival and departure was very friendly. Restaurant is outside and not so comfortable in rainy days, the food quality for the price of room and also the food itself was rather lower level (breakfast) - for dinner we went to eat outside. Tried to order room service one night, kitchen was closed 8:30 already and we were recommended to download an app to order food from outside, so we did. The hotel then could not provide us with fork and knife, so we had to eat the food with our hands. The carpet around the bed was full of sand / dirt from other guests and seemed to be hard to clean, we did not went to the beach so it couldn’t be from us. Every time you lay down, you had dirty feed. Two bottles of water at the beginning of the stay, if you want more it’s 2.50 per bottle which wouldn’t be a big issue, but you have to get it by yourself at the reception. Sauna on rooftop pool was closed. Overall value for money was not okay, we would not book it again for the price."
