Lokaal 2 is a comfortable private studio in Logement de 12e Stad, located in a former school building from 1907 in Berltsum. The studio is spacious, quiet, and furnished for a maximum of two people.

You have your own kitchen, bathroom with a rain shower, seating area, dining area, and comfortable beds. Only the entrance to the building is shared; the studio itself is completely private.

From Berltsum, you can quickly reach Leeuwarden, Franeker, and Harlingen. The Wadden Islands, the Elfstedenroute, and beautiful cycling and walking routes are also nearby. This makes Lokaal 2 a lovely place for a weekend getaway, a midweek break in Friesland, or a quiet stay with a bit more space than a hotel room.

Please note: the studio is furnished for a maximum of two people. A travel cot or cradle can be added free of charge upon request.

The studio is equipped with air conditioning and mechanical ventilation. Not all windows can be opened. We deliberately state this clearly so that you know exactly what to expect.

Its location on the Elfstedenroute makes it a great base for cyclists, walkers, and guests who wish to explore Friesland at their own pace.

Leeuwarden is a short drive away and offers shops, museums, restaurants, and culture. Franeker is known for its historic center and the Eise Eisinga Planetarium. From Harlingen, you can easily travel to the Wadden Islands. The Frisian coast, mound villages, small harbors, and beautiful cycling and walking routes are also within easy reach.

After a day out, you return to the tranquility of Berltsum: parking nearby, your own studio, a comfortable seating area, and everything at hand for a relaxing stay.
