The Space:
This beautiful 2 Bedroom Apartments are situated in an former office building. Located from the 1st to the 4th floor, the bright homes offer space for up to 7 people on 62 m² each. The apartments are accessible via the elevator or the staircase.

The Neighborhood:
Schöneweide is an urban science, business and technology location in the southeast of Berlin. Ideally located between BER airport and the city center. There are also many shopping opportunities in the area for daily needs.
Since the building is located on a busy street and right next to the S-Bahn station, which allows you to reach the city center in 30min, it can be a little noisy - please bear this in mind when planning your trip.

Getting Around:
S-Bahn and regional train station Schöneweide is only 500 meters from the apartment. The distance to the City Center and airport are 20 minutes each.
