„Very interesting hotel pretty much in the center of Birmingham. (You walk around 10-15 minutes to Central Station)
The room was small but sweet and the bed was comfortable. What I liked was the easy access over smartphone. I wasn't a big fan of the shower/toilet combo though. So in the end it was great for a one night stay, but the wet floor in the bathroom would bother me if I stayed longer. “

„Exceptional - the attention to detail was amazing. Bedroom, service, food and drinks were first class. The hotel is immaculate and quirky with many added extras like a games room with record player and records, a boot room, a bar with fires. Unfortunately the restaurants were fully booked - so book them early! I will definitely stay there again and can recommend this hotel most highly x“

„Great stay as always! We have stayed here many times over the last 9 years and we keep coming back. It’s a lovely hotel, nicely furnished rooms, always spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. Friendly staff and a delicious breakfast too. It’s so close to Stratford that you can just park the car up and literally cross the road and you’re at the river, theatre, shops, pubs, restaurants and museums. We would highly recommend a stay at the Swans Nest Hotel 😊“
