„The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel offers a shuttle service to/from the railway station. Check in was super fast and the personnel were very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok but not extraordinary. The only thing I have to criticise is the pillows which was extremely hard. All in all a very goid choice to stay in Kawaguchiko. “

„Overall the stay was good. Staff was really friendly and helpful! Great service. Room style was still in the 70’. Somewhat nostalgic. What is kind of great to experience in my opinion. Overall the room was clean. Major downside poor maintained bathroom, with mold on the ceiling. A hotel in that category must do better than this. „Good value-for-money hotel with some rooms having amazing views to mount Fuji. The hotel has also a restaurant with pancakes but unfortunately it only opens at 11am. The check-in and check-out times are non-negotiable and they wouldn't make an exception. They can keep your luggage though and will bring it to the room if you arrive early. The onsen with Fuji view is only for men. Sauna and onsen overall are nice.“

„I loved my time at K*s House. The place seems to be really new, spacious, clean and lovely equipped. There is a big common room with board games, books and even a piano where you can spend hours.
