„A luxurious, restful, calm surrounding. Easy to reserve transportation to the hotel from the train station. Staff was beyond helpful, also friendly, and a pleasure. Food was amazing. Accommodations were overall spacious, gorgeous, clean and high end. Highly recommend for a one of a kind experience.“

„Our room was beautiful, we even had a piano inside. Our bed had a really nice view of the little garden, where the open air onsen was located. The onsen was clean and it was so nice to sit in the warm water and take in the serene beauty of the place. The staff was really nice and took us by car to our room and to the busstop, they even wanted to take us to the restaurant, but we decided to walk. The breakfast was a gorgeous japanese style breakfast, which we got in our own separate room in the ...

„Beautiful location, interesting architecture in the forest, public Onsen and very nice cafeteria on site. Rooms are spacious. We stayed in summer; when we pointed out a smell in the sleeping room we were immediately offered an alternative room. A close look at maintaining small appliances would be good. Transport: We used taxi and buses (Hakone Freepass) to get around Hakone ; staff was very helpful organizing transport when we asked. Rich Japanese and Western breakfast.“

„Beautiful Rakuten“
