We had a blast playing the provided boardgames in the evenings. The place is in a quiet, central part of town, close to Berea College, Restaurants and shops. All in walking distance. „We appreciated having access to the garage, but beware — our Jeep Gladiator (a “baby truck”) barely fit. A full-size truck definitely wouldn't make it. The A/C worked great, which was much appreciated during the sticky weather, & the bonus was a quiet ceiling fan that kept things comfortable.The furnishings weren’t really our style — somewhere between Walmart & IKEA — functional but not especially cozy. „This past weekend me and 11 other friends of mine ran in the RAGNAR Bourbon Chase. We used this VRBO as a shower/sleeping spot for us during the overnight hours of the 200ish mile run. 6 of us were at the house at one time in shifts. Debbie was so nice she made sure we had fresh towels between our groups and the house was very nice. If you have ever done the Bourbon Chase you know how nice it is to have a shower and a bed to sleep in, even if it is only for 2 hours. Thanks again Debbie!“

„Everything was fine. No issues. Property is as clean as expected. There were welcome snacks and soft drinks, a towel and bowl and pet food for pet. Nothing to complain about. Few things I would add or expect are1. A coat hanger in living room and master bed room. There was nothing to hang on.2. There was no garbage disposal in kitchen3. Make sure the thermostat settings are right. One night the temps dropped below 60.4. Few bulbs in the backyard were not working.ThanksRaj“
