Thoughtful upgrades throughout with a lovely private front deck and super close to Main St -not to mention how communicative the owners are -make this a top choice for anyone visiting here! “

„Stayed at the property for a few days during a vacation through Northern California. The property was perfect for my family and a perfect hub for exploring the surrounding area. The host was amazing and even provided bins of toys for our child to use while there. If I return to the area I hope this property is available for another stay.“

„My husband and I rent places in Guernville every year for the July 4th weekend, and this was probably our favorite stay so far! The place was perfect for the two of us, we LOVED having our own private hot tub & deck, and having an extra half bath was super convenient. The place was well equipped & stocked with everything we needed, lots of towels & extra blankets/bedding, coffee & spices & snacks in the kitchen as well. „A hillside gem! A few steps up to the sunny deck before entering the quaintly appointed pied-à-terre. Windowed on all sides give view to lush treetops. Trickling water from the koi pond below adds to its charm. A short drive to Healdsburg!“

„We enjoyed our stay because this was a convenient home base as we took day trips to the River, Armstrong Redwoods, and Jenner. The kitchen, bedrooms, and baths are well-equipped making it easy to relax after a day out and about. We also enjoyed eating on the patio. The home helped make for a wonderful trip!“

„The place was amazing and we were so happy we stayed there. We would go back again in a heartbeat. It is a short walk away from the public Monte Rio beach and restaurants and it is a short drive away from the ocean or Santa Rosa in the other direction.“

„Aside from the patio furniture that was not cleaned and a bit weathered, the overall stay was great. The listing said to bring charcoal for the grill, but it wasn’t necessary because there was a propane grill and I also received an email the day of our arrival that charcoal was not allowed. I called the property manager to clarify this, but they never got back to me. Inside the cabin was very clean and cozy. “
