Other things to note
Air conditioning is available at no additional cost 24 hours a day.

In winter the same units can be used to heat most areas of the house, but please note there is not individual heating to each room (rarely needed in Benidorm!). Please contact us for more information.

There is a separate area adjacent to the villa which is fenced off and not included in the rent. There is no access to this area. The available building space is over 250 sqm (2700 sqft) and the plot is 800 sqm (8500 sqft).

Please note official check-in time is 5pm as on your last day you will enjoy a generous departure time of 12 (noon). We need 5 hours to clean such a large house for the next guests, hence the 5pm check-in.

Earlier check-in might be possible on certain dates if the house is not booked the night before which is common in low and mid seasons, or if you wish to guarantee this by blocking bookings upon payment of a fee at half the previous night's rate... if you require this service, please note you must enquire before booking.

Main House Rules are shown during the booking process. Complete list is clearly visible at the villa, feel free to request a copy before booking.

Any questions about the villa or the area, please don’t hesitate to ask. Please note we will only consider discounts for any gaps left in the calendar within 4 weeks or less.
