„This was the perfect location for visiting our friends, walking to great restaurants and shops, and getting to public transit. The cottage was cozy and quiet, tucked back from the street, with a beautiful garden outside the windows. The bed was comfortable and the place had all the necessities for our stay. Grateful to the host for their detailed communication! “

„Cozy little cabin! Stayed with my husband and two dogs for 4 weeks! I didn't realize until we arrived that the house was located near a major bike blvd/protected bike lane which made so much of Berkeley and Oakland accessible. We took advantage of all the great restaurants/cafes that were walking/biking distance away (La Note, Imm, Rose Pizzeria, and more). The house itself is just as pictured: compact but had everything and was in a perfect location for exploring the area. Host was ...

„We could walk the area. Great food . Beautiful sunsets . “

„Cute little tiny home. Very modern and clean. However it was very cold with only one split AC/heater unit to heat the whole place. Perhaps some additional space heaters for each room would help ALOT. They provided cute slippers but they were dirty and used. Otherwise very nicely done and would come back again.“

„This is a wonderful location to access Oakland, Marin, and San Francisco. The neighborhood is wonderful with many views from the property and walking through the neighborhood. Warren is so easy to reach and is very responsive to any questions you might have. The cute little town of Rockridge is only a 20 minute walk away, and of course very accessible by car. So many great independent stores and wonderful restaurant scene.“

„The cottage was exactly as pictured and described. The host had welcome sign with my name, fresh cut flowers, coffee and a basket of welcoming goodies. Everything in the cottage was new, modern and clean. It’s quiet at night. WiFi was included. It is walking distance to stores and restaurants. Using Lyft or Uber was convenient but there is plenty of parking on the street if you have a car. It is definitely a very lovely place to stay. The host was very gracious.“
