Just 10km from the beaches of Capbreton and Hossegor, our rental is ideally located for exploring the ocean, the dunes, golf, and enjoying all kinds of water sports while enjoying a relaxing setting. Relaxation, relaxation, sports, nature, and fine dining... it's up to you to create your own itinerary for a pleasant vacation in the Landes. A wooden house to discover soon... Our cottage, clad in wood, is modern and bright. Arranged on one level (one step at the entrance), it comprises a living room with a TV lounge area (single sofa bed. An additional guest can be accommodated for an additional €10/night) and Wi-Fi, a dining area and an open-plan equipped kitchen (2 induction hobs, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination oven/grill, and microwave), a south-facing bedroom (1 queen-size bed), a bathroom (extra-flat shower, washing machine) with toilet. Baby equipment can be provided upon request: a travel cot and high chair. A private covered terrace of 18m² extends the indoor living space with garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a barbecue. It offers a lovely view of the family vegetable garden, which is tended daily but discreetly. Parking is available in the property's private parking lot (which also includes the owners' house).
