The living space features a large couch, thoughtfully curated styling and a flat-screen TV, while the dining area comfortably seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, including a washing machine, and a split-system unit keeps the space comfortable year-round. The bedrooms offer a relaxing retreat, with a queen in one and a twin room that's ideal for kids or extra guests.



PortaCot Available:

We have a PortaCot available for guests to use, that is stored offsite. If you would like to use it, there is a $50 fee.

Please note:

- Guests must request the PortaCot at least 48 hours before their arrrival.

- Linen is not provided for the PortaCot; guests will need to bring their own. All other linen is supplied for the property.

- If the PortaCot has been reserved by another guest, it may be unavailable for your stay

Tucked away on High St in Kangaroo Flat, this cosy unit puts you within easy reach of everything you need. Grab a bite from KFC, McDonalds, Bendigo Kebab Run, a local Thai restaurant or the fish & chip shop, or stock up at the supermarkets located nearby. Lansell Plaza and Bendigo Homemakers Centre are perfect for a spot of shopping, while the nearby walking tracks and Gurri Wanyarra Wellbeing Centre offer a peaceful way to unwind. With Kangaroo Flat Train Station also close by, getting around couldn't be easier.



Getting Around:

Kangaroo Flat is only a few minutes' drive from central Bendigo, with cafes, restaurants and attractions all close by. Kangaroo Flat railway station offers direct rail connections into Bendigo and onward to Melbourne, and taxis and rideshare services operate throughout the area.
