Hi Wendy,My apologies that the hot water was sub-standard - thank you for letting us know. We didn't have any other guests advise us of an issue so we should be able to narrow it down and just investigate your room. Typically, when restaurants deliver in the Bendigo area they send cutlery with the order, I'm sorry yours was missed on this occasion. I'm genuinely sorry that you didn't have the relaxing experience we pride ourselves on providing, and we appreciate the feedback you have given.
