The first floor of the apartment features a fully equipped modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances and tools, including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The living room is designed for relaxation and features an impressive 75-inch Smart TV and a Bluetooth sound system. There are also two bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has direct access to one of the apartment`s three terraces.

The upper floor is dedicated to true luxury and entertainment. It features the apartment`s third bedroom as well as a stunning bar and lounge room.
